Ezdok is not responding when in the PMDG 747 QotS II using FSX-Steam, DX10 preview and Steve's DX10 fixer. The Ezdok control panel opens but if I try to click on any part of it the panel just "blinks" and will not accept any mouse commands. The FSX-Steam, DX10 preview and Steve's DX10 fixer setup works fine with all other aircraft including the PMDG 737 and DC6; it's only the 747 which causes problems which is why I've posted the problem here. I have noticed that when initially loading an aircraft Ezdok uses about 25% CPU and then quickly drops to <1% but with the 747 it remains at around 25%. Can anyone offer a solution please? TIA Dave Wild

Just been watching Nick's videos again and I love how he is able to pan around the cockpit with ease. I find TrackIR to be a bit awkward when operating the overhead etc. You have to enable/disable, move your head in the air, look at the screen. It's a bit like rubbing your belly and patting your head at the same time! Don't get me wrong, TIR is amazing for in-flight viewing, but when doing a cold start I'd prefer for things to be more 'static'. Is the way he pans around the cockpit/external view something that is built into the NGX or is he using Ezdok in order to pan around? If it's the latter then I may have to invest. Apologies if this has been alluded to in another thread. I did have a search but couldn't find anything.

Hi guys. I´ve always been a die hard fan of 2D flight decks because up until last week I was only using FS9, which is finally up to par with my expectations Now PMDG screwed it all up for me since I had no other option but to start using FSX on a pretty meager system Now that I am using FSX with the NGX, I decided to start using the VC. I just bought TrackIR and alhtough I´m loving it, I´m having some difficulties.I find it hard to click on the pushbuttons I need many times because the view simply won´t hold still. Is it my trackIR technique? Can I fine tune it to be less sensitive? What are your recommendations? Also, from the capt´s perspective on the VC, when I glance up at the overhead panels and down towards the pedestal my view of the panels is such that it is hard to access many of the switches and buttons I need to throw. Is there a workaround, is there a way to quickly skew my view laterally and upwards/downwards in a natural fashion and return to the initial point of view without having to press "A" multiple times? Finally, what´s up with EZdok? Is it any good? Does it integrate well with the NGX and TrackIR? Does it impact the frames? Are there recommended settings to be used with the NGX? I´m thinking of getting it due to the raving reviews I´ve often seen. That´s it for now. Thanks for the help!

Hi, I have a problem with some (but not all) external views when selecting an aircraft to fly from the library window. Only the VC is shown and odd bits and pieces. This affects default a/c as well as non default. I suspected Ezdok 2.5 which I have recently installed. I tried running the config tool again - no change. I then disabled Ezdok but it made no difference. This seems to me to rule Ezdok out. Anyone have any suggestions please. Baz

HI all, I'm currently using Ezdok V1 and remember that when I first set it up, I had to go into FSX settings and delete any keyboard assignment that related to views. I'm really interested in moving over to Chaseplane and am quite happy to completely uninstall Ezdok so that I get a fresh install with the new program. My question is, does Chaseplane reset all my FSX keyboard keys to default or is something that I still have control over? The reason I ask is because probably some key assignments I'd still like to keep. Keep up the good work Keven if you are reading this. I think that your products are groundbreaking and refreshing in the flight sim world. Regards, Mike
