I searched whole forum but with exception obvious answers (that are not good enough) I have not seen any activity on this Forum whatsoever, so I guess I am the only one experiencing same problem. I don't see lights in heavy fog and low visibility from Cockpit....Heavy clouds, set up by me or Live weather on ASN. Plain and simple, and yes I checked everything...Outside they work and I can see the difference. So either when they advertised they made it work but package does not provide that immersion. If that's the case I am fine with it but need to know. Please do not respond with manual and what is written in it, since i read it ten times and everything is set properly. Thank you

Well - I tryed to do a airplane customization by my self but all went wrong. Could somebody professional help with these PMDG DC-6A and DC-6B, please? Rolf

Denver is seeing seventeen inches of snow forecast for today and tomorrow. Time to get out of Dodge (or perhaps fly over it)! 0 Dark-Thirty. Overcast at 400 agl at KBJC, Denver Rocky Mountain Metro (ORBX freeware) , but no precip yet. A Learjet climbing away in the distance off of 29R as I wait. Breaking out on top with the sunrise coloring the morning sky. I can see the beacon light from an inbound to KDEN below and left. The TDv2 is an absolute joy. Every single switch, button, knob, and systems fully modeled and functioning, nicely complemented by the pair of reliable and fully functional RXP GTNs. Almost time to pull out the Ray Ban RB3025s as the sun gets higher and the early morning color begins to fade Seeing my first convective clouds of the year over western Kansas as an A320 passes by overhead leaving a long contrail on its way west. The day begins to brighten up. Those altocumulus castellanos clouds mark an early birth for the spring season as more traffic streams west high above me. Megascenery Earth Kansas v3 farmland being gobbled up below as I cruise at 322 knots GS, aided by a real-world accurate 60 knot tailwind. Soon I find myself dodging thunderstorms, rare for early March even in Kansas, my TDv2 illuminated by the lightening. A look at real-world live weather and live moving map via the FltPlan Go app on my iPad. Active Sky 16 presenting it accurately in the simulator. Winds aloft also spot on. A nice vignette of N710DS cruising at 23,000, a RealAir Turbine Duke v2. Cloud textures from REX.- 13 replies

After burning several good hours that could’ve been used actually flight simming, I’m reaching out to the community. I have the VR Insight MCP Combo 1. I bought it in 2008 and it worked originally great with FSX. Now after all these years I’m running FSX SE, Linda, and a variety of Go Flight modules and want to include my MCP beyond more than a night light and an ornament on my glare shield. The MCP is responding to inputs, and Linda is showing three greens, but beyond that I’m lost. Getting this integrated has been my goal for over a week, and it is the last item for me to call this phase of my home cockpit complete. Not looking to fly anything more complex than Carenado A36 Bonanza, default 747-400/737-800 and Cool Sky DC-9. Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

I have recently purchased the the RXP GTN750 for FSX SE. The product appeared to install fine, the trainer works. I’m using the Comanche 250 from A2A. They have their own app for going the gauges. Used this and selected the flight 1 750 as there’s no 750 listed for RXP?? In game, the 750 shows in the aircraft no probs. Go through aircraft start and power up the avionics. All work except the 750. I have found a couple of other articles relating to an ‘always on’ setting. Couldn’t actually find where to make such a config change. I’ve also noted that the installed loc of the 750 DB is in different loc to that specified in the user manual. I created a windows variable with the correct loc and this made no diff. Any help would be much appreciated, tia.

FSX SE FSX SE hanging on splash screen - fix that worked

I have MSFS uninstalled as I wait for the update dust to settle so I can do a totally fresh MSFS install. In the meantime my FSX SE began sticking on the splash screen. I went through a number of FSX SE gyrations, uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing, etc. without success. I kept searching the internet daily for clues. Finally I found a new post on the SteamCommunity.com site that resolved my issue. Turns out in my case it was a file placed by my recent nVidia driver update to 471.11. The file was in the primary Windows folder. Filename was "NvCamera32.dll". It was not appearing in the list of files in that folder in my file manager. I did a search for it in that folder and the search did find it. From the search results I was able to delete it. That solved my starting issue and I am back up in the air. Because I found success in deleting the file I am uncertain if a driver rollback would have done the same. Hi is there any way to get Trackhat to work again? It used to work fine with Chaseplane using Opentrack. Now it only works if I turn off Globally enable. Vincent

Hello! Today I tryed to fly PAEN-PAJN -> FL170 two times and after I reached about FL155 my screen go little by little black. I can hear engines running and via AivlaSoft EFB I can see that aircraft moving higher and this point I canselled the flight. Very odd situation Any idea about what could cause this problem? First I think about that this is some extra feature and it's affilate to pressure or my computer is going broken... Earlier flight are gone very well without problem and what new is I started using F1 GTN 650 yestarday. Rolf FSX SE - Windows 10 64 bit

Landed at KBMG yesterday in the Milviz 310R during a snow squall. Only a couple of inches of snow on the ground. First shot is just after turning from taxiway A to A3, the second is taxiing along the flightline toward my hangar, which fortunately I can open from the cockpit using COM2 frequency 112.0. My rendition of the airport is in the library here.

Talk is talk. Real is real. This leaves me with a pang of hunger when I attempt to "fly forward...." And this on reliable autopilot so I can sit back, relax, and enjoy it, despite no view of the "new" ground. This is what emerges from sincere partnerships with reliable and renown 3rd parties. Aircraft models, avionics, weather, ATC.... I want it all! I want it all! Promise me this. Then deliver on a timely basis.

Hi There I'm may be missing the obvious here, but I'm not able to get LINDA 3.0.1 working. I recently installed a SSD and took the opportunity to switch to FSX SE. I did a full back up of my FSX Modules folder. after downloading the newest FSUIPC ver 4.971 and LINDA 3.0.1 I have not been able to control anything. I then deleted all LINDA files from my modules folder and took the ones from my old folder. The LINDA version I was running was 2.5.7(old I know) but before I formatted it worked and it is still working, every assignment is there and OK. With 3.0.1 I con not get anything to work. I've tried to take my actions.lua file only and then tried to map my controllers. LINDA can see my controllers and I can map them, but my aircraft will not respond to them. Any suggestions are more than welcome Cheers Tomas

Hi, Please help! I have got EZdok for my FSX SE, and I like the movement and transition between cameras but I am having trouble with it, do you have to set up every aircraft or can I download the settings for the default aircraft? Should the addon already have settings for the default aircraft?
