Hi Guys Not had time lately to browse the forums but had a small issue since getting the NGX on its release. I have it updated to Beta 3 but still have an issue with the zoom level of the HGS.All videos I have seen and screenshots show its displayed content quite small i.e. it all fits no problem within the display area but not on mine. If I zoom out to 0.40 or in to my normal 0.8 it always appears too large and cropped, I have to move my position way forward so my nose is almost touching it before I can see everything like looking through a small window. I'm using TrackIR. Ive reinstalled it and also gone back to Windows XP x64 as I was sick of the Black Screens of Death which besot Window 7 64 Bit on various aircraft and tweaks etc. The zoom issue is the same on both OSs. I'm in work but will try post screenies later this evening. Any help? Chris Ibbotson

Hi All, I've had the NGX since August, when it cam out, and it works fine, until the HGS stopped working. I had to uninstall FSX, and the NGX. I put it back on about two weeks ago, and the HGS Isn't working. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Which airlines are currently operating the HGS in their NGs? -
Odd issue and I'm not finding anything in the search so I apologize if a duplication. When fly the HGS on the NGX in the clouds, the HUD keeps dimming in and out to a point where you can not read it. Thought this is odd as clouds should not have an effect on the brightness of the HUD. Also, bad time to loose the ability to read the hud also. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

A support ticket has been already submitted Ticket Number 2B5-165B9C11-68DB but maybe someone else has been through this before. HGS worked fine when installed and after SP1 but since recently it would not display any information. Control box on center pedestal works fine, CLR button is not activated, brightness control checked, DLL.XML checked as per PMDG KB, uninstalled and reinstalled again, FSX.CFG checked... I cant think of anything else.. Anyone?
