Here is the summary of issues I have found with the new version of PRO ATC SR. Their forum verification process is broken so I am posting here in the meantime. Cannot hide annoying PRO ATC SR popup. There is no button to toggle it on and off, which is a pretty big oversight, in my opinion. No one wants some ugly gray window covering the beautiful scenery. Cannot disable pro atc services if you want to switch to VATSIM. It forces you to quit it entirely and you cannot restart mid flight. If god forbid you start flight at the wrong airport, you get a non stop error spam you can only stop through the Task Manager. Doesn't seem like it was very well tested. Cannot set volumes differently for cabin crew vs ATC. The volume slider also doesn't seem to work quite right. Can barely hear them at 80% and it's extremely loud at 90%. It keeps trying to give you weird heading changes mid flight when there are none needed. Overall I would say that this addon is too new and still has room for improvement. I would also like to point out that the dev only somewhat became responsive when the new version came out, and would not really respond beforehand to anyone's post for the most part. In other words, buyer beware.

Just bought the new Pro ATC SR, and I am running into the following error: To make things more frustrating, there seems to be nothing in their Help section about this error. Has anyone gotten this to work? I tried installing FSUIPC as some googling suggested, but that didn't solve it. Pretty disappointing experience for $50

Hello, I'm enjoying Pro ATC X, and had a question for the company regarding whether it is allowed to be used while streaming on Twitch. I have tried emailing them through their website's contact form twice in the past year, and unfortunately did not get a response. Has anyone on here been able to get a response from them, when using that form? Do they only respond if you use the same email as one used for a purchase? Does it help to send the email in German? If so, is there anyone that speaks German that can help by any chance? I realize they have a forum as well, but I would prefer to use email, as the forum requires you register with your real name. Hello, Pro-ATC/X has released a new update (v1.8.7.9) I would like some comments on the new update, how is the product working now? Do the update break something within the product like the previous version? I am really curious about this product but the price range is high so would like some feedback before purchasing it. Normally if there are errors and developers are active to fix it I will support them but it took Pro-ATC way too long for just an update and it seems like couple updates within a year, for me seems too few. I've been looking at Pro ATC X for a while, however, I have always had problems with SimConnect installing. When I download it from fspassengers, none of the 3 programs install. This is the only issue preventing me from purchasing it. Thanks in advance, Luke Dunkley
