Hi, I have installed RXP GNS 530W/430W V2 in FSX and after the installation, my screens are now black. I am using a Carenado PC-12. Do I need to configure it, and if so how. I must say that Reality-XP is causing their customers a lot of headache by not explaining for each plane how to configure it. I am using FSX SP2 and Windows 7 Pro. One image shows one monitor live and one after restarting the monitor to show the startup screen All help is much appreciated. Thanks, Lars

HELLO Forum System: Prepar3D V4, A2A Cessna 172, Windows 7.0 I updated the Garmin 430 RealityXP software to version 2.4.16.1. To practice DME arch around a fix/VOR, I use the GNS 430 OBS functionality with the distance from the fix/vor to fly the arch/circle. After I updated the software I noticed the OBS knob on the CDI is no longer working in OBS mode. Basically, I can not dynamically change the DTK using the OBS knob on the CDI. Now I have to set the DTK using the GNS knobs and once it’s set you can’t change the DTK unless you cancel the current OBS DTK. I’m thinking I need to change a setting on the GNS so the DTK can be changed using the OBS knob. Also on the instrument panel self test the OBS is reading _ _ _. Thank You GH

I just got a new computer, and I’m reinstalling everything. I installed FSX SE, all of my add-on aircraft, and the RealityXP 430/530 set with the included Garmin trainer. I used the e-commerce wrapper newly downloaded from my purchases for the 430/530 install. I have a number of issues. None of my RealAir airplanes configuration utilities see that the 430/530 are installed, but that is minor. Note that my A2A 182 configuration utility sees it fine. The first time I loaded the RealAir B60, I was able to select “Add-ons -> Setup Aircraft”, but every other aircraft displays a full-screen black screen when I try to do that. After the first time, the B60 does it too. The only way out is to force-close FSX SE with the task manager. Also, the A2A 182 430/530 doesn’t display and the 2D pop-up is just a black rectangle.
