Hello, I have to ask the experts among you ... why is the click of the switch after a long flight (PMDG) (over 2 hours), or switching off the AP (alarm), no longer hear what is going on before the flight was listening. I've always believed that in the 32 bit version, that's a memory bug, but here in the P3D V4.1 ?? What could it be? APU, engines can be heard.

737NGX Partly Black Screen & Noisy Loud Sounds
Erdinc Dikici posted a topic in PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu
Hi everybody, After installed PMDG737 NGX, some areas are black in th cockpit. When I view Radio section let's say, seats are completely black. on 2D view cockpit, outside seen like a broken tv signal. Plus, there is a noisy loud sound, this is not the original sound, there is something wrong on it. Anybody know what's wrong with this? Appreciate your help guys :) -
Hi everyone, after some time using P3D I have decided to look into the audio options in order to separate some of the sounds in a more realistic way. However, the only options available are the four volumes (Engine, Cockpit, Environment, Voice) with no way to separate any of the first three outputs from each other. The Idea is to obtain the engines sound coming from the main speakers (with bass Sub) and the cabin sound from a more modest output situated the above overhead panel so to emulate the cockpit ambiance. Again in the audio mixer, one can only isolate Voice Capture (mostly not used as we tend to rely on FS2crew and external ATC) "Voice Playback" and "Primary Playback" this last one being where all the internal and external sounds seem to be directed to (the device can be chosen) but never into separate ways. Is there anything else that can be done for this separation or does it mean software mods? Thanks

I have P3Dv4.5, When I loaded up a flight today with the Electra 10A I could get no sound. I checked all the settings and everything looks good. I tried other airplanes and sound was as usual. Other programs, music, videos all have sound. Only this Electra has no sound. Like the speakers are unplugged. The last time I flew the Electra was yesterday and the sound was fine. What could this be?

....give him/her a big big kiss from me!!! I mean the whole package is just amazing, but the soundpackage with all the details is just outstanding. I just flew from Great Falls to Missoula (KGTF-KMSO) RNAV RWY 29, with that terrain "thing", just perfect. First flight done, now I have to go work..... :-) THANK YOU PMDG great product I love you all Happy McDaniel

First let me say I am sorry if this issue has been adressed. I check on the forum and on internet. My problem is the ambience volume is too lound. I have the 777 and it is just perfect. My FSX volume is at 50 with my speakers detected (same as the one in the Sounds page in the FMC. I tried reducing the Master and Ambiance to no avail. Thanks for any help and again sorry if this was posted somewhere else. Regards. Louis Sanson CYUL

I've searched this forum for some solution to this problem and tried all of the suggestions as follows: 1. Press the Q button twice 2. Adjust the sound options in FSX ... I've placed all sounds at 32 and the engine sounds to 100 3. PMDG Sounds options are Master Vol 100, Controls 100, Ambience 70, Warnings 100, GPWS/TCAS 50, Gnd Comms 50, External 100 4. There was a site out there that allows me to test my speakers when I press the left arrow button sound comes out of the left speaker and the right arrow button sound comes out of the right speaker so the stereo setup at the computer level is working properly. 5. I've tried different liveries and finished with the PMDG default livery ... same problem Finally, when I turn my "head" so that my "ear" is pointing back to the engine (either right or left) the spooling of the engine sounds perfect ... when I center my vision to the front the engine sounds cancel out and it sounds like a hair drier again ... no engine sounds. If I'm correct I also remember hearing some tire noises when rolling down the runway but I cannot remember for sure ... but that sound is gone too. Anyone have any suggestions? And, no, I'm not going to install the latest update (where I have to uninstall and then reinstall) unless a PMDG Tech Support personnel says that will fix the problem. Thanks to all! C. T. I am continuing to have a problem when the crew sounds stopping during briefings. I then hit pause, and they all start playing back. I thought it was me, especially after checking all the forum entries, and could find only two instances. Then I reloaded onto an updated Win 7 x64 gaming pc with plenty of horsepower, and yup, still happens. Seems ok if I am diligent in in making sure all calls happen right on schedule, but, if a little late, no more voices. This has never happened on any other FS2crew editions, and I have most of them. I now am thinking of going to voice edition, but still like to here the takeoff and landing briefings from the buttons. Any help would be appreciated. NOTE: new computer , all drivers up to date!
