I had to disable HDR mode in Win 10 due to very bad colors (contrast, colors, sharpness, brightness), tried every thing possible with no luck, I was wondering if any one testing latest Windows 11 and have tried HDR, how is it? I wish MS/ASOBO would provide us with in-game sliders to tweak those options easily and on the fly, part of top menu maybe? Note; I'm aware my PC doesn't support windows 11, but planing on new system based on info I'm gathering right now.

I've been trying for a few days to solve this now. I believe that this probably isn't so much a Pilot2Atc bug as a security/permissions problem with the SQL software, but I'd like some input. So far when I try to use pilot2atc with msfs, this is the message I've been getting: Unable to initialize database the underlying provider failed to open. a network-related or instance specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that the SQL server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network interfaces, error: 50 - Local Database Runtime error occurred. Error occurred during LocalDB instance startup: SQL Server process failed to start.) after I click okay, pilot2atc starts up but is unable to connect to msfs.

I just finished installing FSX on a brand new Windows II box. The activation went fine. The FSX activation server is still operating. I did have problems installing Acceleration. The activation would not complete. Fortunately, I had the disks for Service Pack 1 & 2 which will give you the system stuff you need for FSX. I uninstalled Acceleration and installed the service packs instead. Everything is fine.

I have isolated the CTD's to this combination: 1) the upgrade to Windows 11 and 2) FS2Crew FBW Project. This combo is causing the sim to crash inconsistently - doesn't crash at the same point in time each instance of the sim. I can't yet isolate whether it is a driver, the command center, the app, the sounds, etc. All I know at this time is by disabling the FS2Crew FBW Project app and command center, the sim doesn't crash using FBW A320 solo If I find out more, I will report it (assuming you don't already know about this). Before the upgrade to Windows 11 this didn't happen, not even once, for me. I hope this helps and I look forward to more.

HI all. Don't know if I'm just unlucky but I've had quite a few problems with msfs 2020. My present problem, which I am sure one of you knowledgeable guys might be familiar with is that since I did the recent upgrade for msfs every time I fire up the computer I get error messages. Two are the same and they say "OmenCommandCenterBackground.exe - Application Error. Application Started Incorrectly (0xc0000135)". The third one says "Yolk_Profiler.exe - Application Error. The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000135) I'm running an Omen computer BTW . If you can help me with this one I'll tell you why I spent 6 hours on the telephone talking to Cairo and Nigeria about msfs problems! Thanks in advance. Fred
