Look for anyone interested in joining pilots starting a new group dedicated to the flying of private jets. Looking for people that have out grown the daily grind of VA's set schedules acars programs etc. Looking to start a community/club corporate jet watering hole. Just a site that you can find others to fly with as you operate your aircraft how and where you want to operate it.

Hey guys. So, it's been awhile since the last time I did a flight on FSX. Between now and then, and HDD Crash and all my data got lost. So, I reinstalled everything, rebuilt my AI Traffic from scratch and I was finally able, after quite a few months, to log some miles on my flightlog Still a long way to go in terms of how much I can improve graphics and all that. So, I took the Carenado Citation II for a bunny hop inside Florida. 10 minutes of Flight. Last minute checks. A blast from the past while we taxi to Runway 8L Sky's the limit B) Very quiet KMIA today Approaching KFLL's 9R After more than 6 months without flying, this was the most decent approach I could accomplish -_- Flare Old style reversers! Taxi to stand And there we are. Hope you them! :excl: Things used: LatinVFR KMIA Carenado Citation II KFLL2008, available at the Avsim library. ORBX Essential+ Overdrive HD FTX Global Base Pack

When I am in a long flight, with the autopilot engaged and the sim sped up to 16x, the engines randomly shut down, and the controls get locked up. This happens only occasionally, maybe like every other flight or so. It is really annoying. I really enjoy the aircraft & it's model and it works great, except for this. Also, this may be a problem on my end, but when I am departing a dense area with the citation (Like NYC) the sim crashes about 5 minutes into the flight. I have a very good system that is definitely capable of handling the citation and the dense scenery. The strange thing is is that this doesn't happen with other aircraft. Even aircraft more complex than this (like the 737ngx for example) don't cause a crash in this area! Thanks! ~John M

June 6, 2013, 3:40 PM A Cessna CitationJet equipped with Tamarack Aerospace’s active winglets made an unofficial record-breaking trip from Sand Point, Idaho, to Westchester County Airport in White Plains, N.Y., on Tuesday night. The Tamarack CJ (N86LA) is on display at today’s NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum at Westchester County Airport in White Plains. The nonstop 1,853-nm flight landed with reserves of 472 pounds after flying for six hours and 10 minutes. http://www.ainonline.com/aviation-news/ainalerts/2013-06-06/tamarack-wingletted-citationjet-goes-distance

Hello! I've just purchased Citation Mustang. I installed it in P3d 4.5 but I have noticed it is a framerate killer. Expecially in USA territory, also at 35.000 ft. It depends on something inside the cockpit. I deactivated inset map of pilot PFD, i disabled Mipmap Vc panel, and I disabled also co-pilot PFD. But framerate is still around 10-15 fps. In Europe, with airport add-ons installed, framerate is definitely better. What shall I do? Thank you.

I have acquired a pair of Citation Yokes out of a late model Citation 550 and have offered to provide them to a Aircraft Control Engineering (http://www.737yoke.com/ visit their FB page for pictures) to make copies and make available to those of us who prefer to fly something other than a Boeing or Airbus product. As part of the due diligence of this offer ACE would like to see if there is enough interest in such a product. I have created a poll to gauge the interest level. You can view their Facebook page for an idea on pricing.

Hi, When I open the Citations "Preflight" gauge, every option works (covers, show crew, etc.) except for winglets . The aircraft bounces and resets like it should, but no winglets appear when selected. Strangely, the option worked before but now it doesn't. What is the problem? PS- I have registered for Eaglesoft forums; waiting for approval now. Seeing if anyone can help here. Matt John

I apologize if this is in the wrong place as I'm new to this forum, but I'm looking for guidance as to setting up a flight plan in the FMS for the current MSFS version of the Cessna Citation. I've watched several hours of videos and read many pages of forums, manuals, etc. across different sites but I keep plummeting to the ground at record speeds after engaging the autopilot. (I think) I understand the basics of navigating the various menus in the aircraft, I understand how to input/clear data, etc. and I can even get the autopilot to navigate laterally without any issues, but when I try to use VNAV things quickly start to go wrong. If anyone knows of an updated resource that offers a full guide on setting up a flight plan with working VNAV I would greatly appreciate it - I enjoy "flying" this aircraft, but my inability to use one of its most basic features has me feeling rather frustrated. I'm new to flight simming and aviation in general so I'm very much learning as I go and I'm sure I'm missing some amount of general aviation knowledge that would make this easier. If I can provide any more information on what I've done that would be useful, I would love to, but I'm not entirely sure what might be useful to someone trying to help and I don't want to clog up the post with a bunch of useless info.
