Bummer <_< I really don't know if I should buy the CS777 for P3Dv2 or keep waiting for this new agreement between the two parties to be in effect. What are you going to do or how much longer will you wait it out?

So, having discovered I'd been running in offline mode when I tried this flight before (I hadn't noticed as most of my MSFSing had been within various addon airports and I just assumed the middle east was a poorly mapped region), now that I got myself re-connected for online I went back and replayed the flight with all the scenery on and it all looks rather fine down there. I still don't claim to be a tube flyer, but thanks to the rather splendid 'get you started' tutorial @Chock put together for me, I can now at least get a flight plan loaded up into the fmc and get the AP engaged. In otherwords I know enough to be get under way and be dangerous. So here's a few shots from my first 'proper' tube flight, Beirut to Tehran. Well, almost proper, I kept the cruise height down at FL10 as I wanted to see what the landscape looked like. Anyway, off we go then - Over Iraq at this point Not far out from Tehran (OIIE) now Quite a smooth landing, for me But would have been better on the actual runway, rather than the taxiway. Still, it's a learning experience <grin> cheers, Andy

I just finished a flight from Chicago to St Louis in my CS777 using ASN. Upon nearing St Louis at FL100 and ABOVE the clouds, it was pouring rain or sleeting or snowing: Then, on approach (and through the clouds) no rain, sleet, or snow: But, upon landing and going to my Gate (which I know is not a Gate for a 777), it's raining.... Has anyone else seen this in P3DV2 or is this an ASN problem? Thanks. Best regards,

I noticed that Captain Sim changed their front page on the website to show the 777 as being $39.99. Are they getting ready to release the final version of the 777 Base Pack soon? http://www.captainsim.com/
