Hi.. I have an issue adjusting the elevator trim. I load up the 737-800NGX WL (startup state = NGX DEFAULT) and the trim is set to 4.0. In FSX control settings I have it set so that buttons 12 and 11 on my CH yoke adjust the elevator trim up and down respectively... it works fine in default aircraft but in the NGX pressing button 11 is not having the desired effect i.e. I cannot reduce the trim value. Increasing the trim value with button 12 works fine. I've tried different key and joystick assignments but to no avail - trimming up works, trimming down doesn't. Any ideas?

I'll start my FS9 flight cold & dark and run through the checklists. Elevator trim indicates correctly as per the FMC, which is completely programmed. Everything works as expected until pushback. Sometime during the actual pushback, the trim will completely run off the dial to almost no white bar indication. Naturally, this is unflyable. Also, the nose wheel neither turns nor rotates. These actions occur on both default MS airports and third-party sites. I have uninstalled and reinstalled just PMDG, without success. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. Cheers!!

Hi and greetings, new to the forum. A friend recently got the full gamut of controls, including a Saitek elevator trim wheel. Everything works great except we are having problems with the trim wheel. I think the problems are caused by the control acceleration. The trim wheel movements should correlate with the simulated trim wheel movements, but they don't. Slow movements do almost nothing and fast movements result in extreme changes, normally all the way to one stop or the other. Googling and reading I've heard that there is an FSUIPC button to disable control acceleration. I don't have anything against that, but I don't think we should need to buy additional software to get Saitek controls to work probably with FSX. I saw some recommendations for SPAD, does anyone know if that will fix our problem? Also, if there is some other way to disable that acceleration, what sensitivity setting would give us 1=1 input ? Thanks in advance.
