I got an email from someone fanatically asking for the registration number of a recent paint I uploaded. When I told him to simply look at the plane, the reg is there he got very irate and then blamed me for not putting the registration number in the text file (among other things). When I asked him who he was with, this is the response I got: We are The UACCUAWWA United Aircrew Consortium assoc World Wide Ops. for short Pertaining to world wide flight assnmts We operate from single piston Private Commercial ATP, to the A380 and any and all of everything in between. That's why we need nothing ficticious. We bypass all the stupid garbage out there that we don't need. We are a real world system. I personally have never heard of this organization... consortium, whatever it is. Above is only part of the emails I received, but in the end I told him to never contact me again as everything he said was very bizarre, I even went so far as to change my email password and activate multi-factor authorization. I was just wondering if anyone has contacted in a similar manner or may know what the heck the UACCUAWWA is?

In the email I got to verify my email for the support desk the link to click on does not work. When I click on it a new tab opens with a page that says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. How can my email be verified so I can get support??Thanks,Paul

I dont know where else to turn. I filled my cart with over two hundred pounds worth of goods starting with Global. When it came to check out, I was informed that my almost brand new master card was not acceptable for this transaction. No explanation was given. The problem is that no email address is given for Orbx. In fact they say that they will not transact by email. How is one supposed to contact them apart from the forum [ should be fora] Then, after I had given up hope, the download for Global appeared on my computer, so I downloaded it. I wont know if ive paid for it or not until I get my bank statement. It did cross my mind that this was a way to avoid giving the forty seven per cent discount, but I cannot think that Orbix would be so petty. Later, as a test, I tried to buy England on its own, but that was rejected, I have subsequently used my credit card with no trouble. I understand that Orbx cannot speak with all their thousands of customers, but this is not really a subject for a forum, it is a problem between a shop and a customer. Hello everyone! I have a problem with AVSIM registration, it says my email address (call it the "real one" from now on) is already in use. And that is not true, i think. This account was made with an address currently in disuse. Some time before, i used to log in with a Facebook account, which was made with the "real" address by the way. I have already requested a new password and the mail says my username is my Facebook name! If i try lo login with the "real" address and the new password sent i can't. I don't know that to do at this point. All I want is change ltnicolas' email address, from the misused one to the "real" one I'm Sorry that my first post is a help request...
