Hello,I just got another computer crash when using FS2004. I've always had problems with FS2004, never got it really smooth on my system. Let me first give you my specs :Windows XP home edition SP3Motherboard : Asus P5QProcessor : Intel Dual core E8400 3GhzGraphic card : Geforce Gtx 560 TIRAM : 2Gb DDR2HDD : Hitachi T7K250 250Gb 7200rpmThese are my nvidia inspector settings : http://www.simforums.com/Forums/uploads/12417/nvinspector1932.jpgI'm running fs2004 on a 32" screen with 1360x768 resolution without any cockpit view as I'm using it in my home sim. (so only outside view). I never got this setup working correctly. I've always got stutters, whatever the drivers I'm using, the scenery, etc I'm running everything smooth at 50/60fps but every 2/3 seconds I get a stutter. Frames then go a milisecond to 25 and back and that's making the view not that smooth at all. Where can the problem be ?I've also always got computer crash problems with my new gtx560 ti : sometimes my screens turns black as no output is given anymore from the video card, the sound makes a strange nois that's hanging and the coolers of my cpu and video card starts to turn at 100%, I have to reset the computer to reboot... What is the best thing I can do about such problems ? Pff if only I knew I would pay this card to get problems....When testing for example x-plane, I run at 60fps veeeeery smooth and I have no problems. So what's wrong with FS2004 ? Even with good hardware, frames are good, visual is amazing but still these very anoying stutters....What can I modify, test or change ? How can I get a good working fs2004 ?Thanks for help,Maxime. -
Trying to install TropicalSim's MMMX(Mexico City),and Puerta Vallarta in a Windows 10 64-bit Pro P3Dv4 system after a successful installation on another Windows 7 64-bit Pro system, but as the installation process involves the software linking to a web browser to open up a simMarket page (where it was originally bought from)where the S/n has to be inputted to get a so-called Authorization Code to be inputted in the relevant Taxi2Gate airport set-up to get it installed in P3D, that's where the set-upfalls down. Reason I am asking for help here is, as simMarket's support is so non-responsive, but worse than abysmal, not much point in asking them! I've followed a similar post here at Avsim regarding a web browser access during installation and a Registry fix advice for Registered Owner, but despite trying that, still cannot install those T2G airports on a W10 machine. Any plausible fixes, please?

As it has been more than 8 months since I last flew the NGX and so have gone a bit rusty, and having just done a search for Exporting Flightplans to the NGX, and drawing a blank, can anyone kindly refresh me as to how I export a flightplan created in either EFB or FSX as when I did export a plan that I had created in EFB, and checked the Legs page in the CDU, none of the legs were displayed, just start airport, destination airport? Tyring to use that new tool that was created recently, FpnConv, I get an error with it and it fails to load the plan. Thanks.

Forgive me, I'm a PRO ATC/ ATC noob First question: Is there a way to only receive SIDs as opposed to receiving heading vectors sometimes? Second question: When I DO receive vectors, do I just enter the heading they tell me to into the MCP until they tell me to continue on the path programmed in the FMC? On that note, how do I know when they want me to do that? And I'd select LNAV, correct? Third question: What does "continue as filed" mean? Is it the answer to the question above? Thanks a lot!! -
Before anybody else suggest it, I have already posted this question in FSDT Forum and have got no answer, hence hoping that somebody may be able to shed some light in this issue. For some inexplicable reason, my GSX has gone pear-shaped. Tried deleting the Virtuali folders from relevant directories; tried deleting the Scenery Index and Facilities, and then re-installed GSX but I keep getting an error message something about patched vehicles_airport restoring from backup, and then when I attempt to ask for GSX Services, back to same error about 'Could not find valid Afcad data at this position, services are not available ' that flags up at every single airport even though Addon Manager and Couatl is showing in the drop-down menu except the 'customise' option for the relevant airport.
