Hi, With MSFS2020, is there a way to make an aircraft invisible in the external view? I'm using Wideview on a second pc and would like to do some testing. For example, can we modify the textures or the model so as not to see the plane? Thank you Christian

Using A320NX with MSFS I get an invisible airframe/cockpit. I searched fro this problem on this site and found a smattering of Questions mentioning the problem but no "how to fix it". Everthing works fine with other aircraft I tried so I am at a loss. I uninstalled A320NX and reinstalled - same problem.

I have been away from FSX for a few years, so I may not have done this properly. I tried to install a Cessna 182 from Flyaway last night but the plane did not appear in the aircraft selection menu. The accompanying instructions said to use the Extract to: function and navigate to the Sim Objects/Airplanes folder as the target. Having done that I found that the addon's name appeared beneath every repainted version of the stock Cessna 172 in the menu, though the proper thumbnails remained in the menu. When I selected one of those it produced random parts of the plane at their proper places, but without the remaining parts to create the complete image. I tried adding a different plane with the same results. Does that indicate my zip client may not be extracting files properly, or is their a more likely issue? Where do I go from here to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks for assisting. It's good to be home! Lance509

Hello, I recently got the Airbus X Extended add-on for FSX but my textures are invisible in DX-9 mode. When I switch on DX-10 preview mode, however, my textures become visible again. I wish I could use Airbus X in DX-9 mode so I can use ENBseries again. Hello folks, yesterday I realised the TFS DHC-8-100 / -Q200 isn't working at my system. For several month I installed AI Traffic of AIG and Others without problems don't realising the Q200 isn't working. The aircraft.cfg looks good to me, all models are there, all links from aircraft.cfg to models and textures are correct. But there is no Q200 in my flightsimworld at all. Today I tried an other source of the TFS-model in a texture publiced with a texture. This one works. So I put this model in my TFS base model folder. But it didn't work either. Please help me with this. My knowledge is at the end now. For instance Wideroe flies several of this beautys. Greeting, Rico
