Hello all, i am experiencing issues with chaseplane and P3D v4 as there are instances I change cameras and P3D stops responding. Just thought I'd give this info while chaseplane is still in alpha for v4. Any ideas?

Hello, with P3D v4 I noticed some texturing issues. You can clearly recognize, that the fan case has some issues with shadows (ultra setting), and that the inner part of the engine case has no reflections. Comparison P3D v4 + v3: v4: v3: I hope we will see an update soon. Alex

Hello, Just installed PTA for v4 and have come across multiple errors. Tried contacting support but trying to copy log errors exceeded the 1000 word count. Hi all, FSUIPC5 isn't reading offsets (for annunciators) on my pmdg 737. Fsuipc is able to read offsets from the standard list such as generic parking brake. I've enabled the data broadcast in the pmdg config file. Any ideas? p.s. I understand that there has been some similar topics made like this in the past, but from what I've seen none of them have a final outcome.

Hi all! I plan to fly shared cockpit (majestic dash 8) with a friend of mine and for this prupose I want to setup a profile for the Captain´s seat and one for the First officer´s seat. Is it possible to setup different profiles on one airplane in chaseplane? (You can toggle between profiles of differetent aircrafts in the preset section) So I want to have my Dash 8 and I want to have two profiles (Captain and FO) that I can apply by toggling profiles in the profile-bar of Chaseplane! P3D 4.5H3 - reinstalled - repaired 3 times - it did the following - before in V5H2 - hence the new install. For sometime - despite above Installs and checks - as soon as Aircraft (any -default or installed) - and Airport loaded - the 4 default Outside views and the 1 Virtual cockpit views - keep recycling - one by one for a retained Max of average 3 secs each time. Only now again - it loads OK and then starts doing it again - even in flight - A real P.T.A. Any advice please before all my hair is torn out

Hi All, I am looking at upgrading my PC, but using a few parts and upgrading the rest so I can transition to P3D v4 with no issues. Current Parts - Re-Use - Upgrade Parts - A few questions regarding this upgrade! Will the ANTEC 902 V3 Gaming case be okay with these parts? What motherboard can take 4266Mhz DDR4? I am struggling to find one, that also includes WiFi. Would anyone recommend any other GTX 1080Ti? Will the AX750 handle the GTX 1080Ti? Any thoughts, please let me know! -
Recently I bought p3d v4. I installed pmdg 737, 777 and QW 787. Today I started a flight and the textures were kind of orange missing. Help please. I don´t have installed ORBX

Hi Guys, Has anyone had this issue with the latest dynamic reflection maker, v31, on P3D v4.5 HF3. I have tried reinstalling TS, Reinstalling the sim, windows, flushing shaders but nothing seems to clear it. I am running the latest nvidia 445.37 driver and the 1909 windows update. Thanks for all your help

Hi there, I have bought the 777 off the aerosoft website before it came out for p3d v4 and pmdg say that the 777 for p3d v4 is now out and i know that due to youtube videos, but when i try to download it off the aerosoft website it is still the older version of the 777. Is there a special way to get the new updated version. Thanks, Hugo.

Hi First of all; a fine plane and lots of fun to fly :-) In the back of the Intro manual there is a short list of key commands, but where do I find the rest? Some of the 'standard' commands like 'L' for light dosn't work for me.. Is there a command for the Gyropilot Power, center the turn control knob (the round metal plate) /br Peter Vendelbo

I have started to have issues when starting P3D up, and I don't know if it warrants a complete reinstall... I start up P3D and on the scenario page the aircraft preview doesn't show up and the default airport is shown as Birmingham without anything surrounding it on the map. When I try and change the airport, it shows only 6 airports to choose from. Also when I choose an aircraft and exit back to the scenarios page, the sim crashes. My windows got updated yesterday. I noticed that windows wanted me to update when I shut it down last night. Today I notice several irregularities: - My Majestic dash 8 isn't starting in a cold and dark config. Instead it starts on battery, and none of the switches do anything except move from one position to another when I manipulate them. FMC dont come on, and the radio stacks dont turn on. Turning the battery off doesnt do anything. Restarting the sim doesnt help. - Prepar3d v4.1 just hangs when I shut it down. It's window dissapear, but its on the taskbar showing as active. It's been 5 minutes now, and it still hasnt gone away. - My windows task bar shows up in the top of the screen instead of the bottom where I want it when I first boot up the system. I get alot of app crash messages when initially coming into the desktop. Subsequent startups during the day leaves the taskbar in its normal position in the bottom, and I get no app crash messages. I am using Nvidia surround on 3 screens btw. GFX driver is updated along with geforce experience. These are just three of the most glaring issues I had because of this update. Anyone else noticing any not normal things with their pc/sims?

The icons for map data (including route waypoints) are missing, although the labels are there. These shots were taken in the B350i, but it appears to be a common thread across all Carenado's ProLine21 birds in P3Dv4. I have observed this on my machine, and I have seen it in other users' screen shots as well...so I know I'm not the only one. This is with a basic install, no mods, directed to the main P3D V4 directory. If you are experiencing this as well, please let me know or send Carenado a ticket. Their P3Dv4 installers introduce so many new problems. Some of them were easy fixes (wrong entries in dll.xml, PC12 installer doesn't install required fonts)...but Carenado will probably have to fix this one on their own. -
Looked around but couldn't find this option: GTN 750 OR 650 with Weather gauge. I know that the stand alone REX weather gauge has not been updated for p3d v4, but maybe it works with free version for the Beaver. Is this panel option available? Thanks. Jose
