Since i got my new pc and installed my ngx, i have two problems. cant save panel state, and every once and a while when selecting an approach i get a "program pin error" on the capt fmc. I then select the approach on the other fmc and the error is gone. Any guesses? and whats up with the 2 keys they send ya? always wondered that? I've had the NGX since the day it was relesed and never had a problem until i used the other key on my new pc. I wonder if it's a fsuipc problem?? -Harry

Hi, although related in its origin to this thread (http://forum.avsim.n...ng-panel-state/), this looks like a different bigger problem: trying to solve the issue posted in that thread, I reloaded another savegame with the 737 on the ground and set as starting panel state the one matching the flight I was willing to retrieve when reloaded, the flight with issues didn't change in its problem, yet,worst of all, !!! :blink: now when I start every 737 flight, I find a dark 737 (with that - corrupted?- panel state) and an altered FMC display (attached jpg) please, ho can I get out of this? thanks Marco Gabbrielli -
Hi when I load the pmdg ngx 737-800 in P3D it loads in a status where it is about to take off. When init is completed auto throttle is engaged and the plane start rolling. MCP panel settings are not the default. However in PMDG setup i specified Default NGX as the startup panel state. If I immediately pause the game and go into the FMC setup menu and I load the NGX Default state from there, I do get the normal state (with auto throttle off etc) Press execute and it loads normally This is however the startup state in my FMC setup, so it should do this right from the start: I have also saved this "normal" state as user defined state "jacques" and specified this to be the startup state, but this doesn't work either, when loading the plane, it still comes in the "autostart to be engaged" mode. (but again manually loading this state after startup does work) It looks like the panel state is ok by itself (because when I manually load it it is ok) But it looks like this state is not the state loaded during startup, I have nu clue on what state is loaded during startup. What can I do to have P3D start with the "NGX default panel state" ??? Regards Jacques Schenk

I have created a Scenario where the aircraft is Standing at EHAM runway 24. Then I tried to load the existing Panel state "EHAM to LOWI before Takeoff". The load starts, most of the knobs and Switches has changed but the sreens are black and FMC didn't work. Has anyone an idea ? Please tell me possible reasons. The same result with one of the other Panel states

Hello, it's been a while for me since I played fs 2004 so I'm a bit rusty. I know you can save flights but I am wondering if you could load the panel state from one flight to another one, like for example, I have a flight saved with the cessna 172 in a cold and dark state and i want to use that same configuration in another flight. Is this possible? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Raul.
