Thank to this great community and this thread, I discovered PTA. I was in love with the Ultimate Real Pack preset from Simhead but couldn't wait anymore for a preset for PTA v2. Just joking ;-) My intention, as a non specialist of design and graphics, was first to discover and experiment by myself all these tunings. It cost several P3D restarts and I want to share my "work" in progress. No awesome web site, just a link to share the .ini file (version 0.21) : http://bit.ly/2hoZzRt With this work-in-progress preset, I mostly want to strengthen contrast and increase the cloud shadow effect. With the great help of picture examples embedded in PTA v2 help, I also move some cursors to match my taste. My PERSONAL taste which is not your. Each has his own environnement (display screen, ambiant light...) and flight simulator usage : I fly only VFR (so out of clouds which also means below or above clouds), low and slow with general aviation aircraft and during day time only. Please note that HDR are on and my work-in-progress HDR settings are in the PTA preset comment section. With this .ini file, which is really a work-in-progress, I just want unpretentiously to encourage everyone to share their preset! Enjoy ! Vincent BAZILLIO. Paris, France Here are some picture examples with and without the modified shader : Around Nantes, west of France airport (LFRS from FranceVFR with FTX Global Base) Close to Chambéry in the south east of France (REX4 Texture Direct + SoftCloud) Bora Bora (from FlightScene) Moorea island (from FlightScene) TwentyNine Palms in the desert (from Twentynine) St-Barth (from FlyTampa) East of San Diego, close to Gillespie field (KSEE) with Orbx Socal

Just updated to 0.4.82. When adjusting a camera setting I normally used tye 'V' icon in the menu bar to update the current preset. Now it adds a preset without updating the one I was using. This is annoying because you have to delete the original preset. If you are not aware of this error and you press the icon multiple times you end up with a list of new presets.

Our intention is to make P3D as real as possible. The Prepar3d Tweak Assisant is the perfect tool to get what we want. There were many days in testing, configuring, optimizing with hundres of restarts our P3Ds. Last but not least was every work worth it. For us, we created the most realistic preset for our P3D's - at day, at night, at the sunrising and at the sunset. And now we want to share it with you all - grab it - test it - love it! >>> http://tinyurl.com/thopat <<< Rate & Share! We would really appreciate it, if you take some time to write down your opinion in our discussion section and share our preset. Kind regards Thorsten Sass & Patrick Leonhardt

Hi ppl. I'm currently using SweetFX 1.4 + RadeonPro + HD6870 + Sublime Environment Xtreme preset. http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/330/ I love it, it really gives a whole new look to FSX, BUT (there is always a but), the night is too dark, YES I know it must be dark, but lights are dark too, specially those that don't have enough contrast, example TAXI lights (totally null when SweetFX active), some apron lights, signs, and so on. The issue n1 is taxi lights because I really can't see a damn thing when taxiing. :(. Any easy tip to make lights shine?. I know there is a profile for ENB that uses a very nicely done palette, but I'm hoping to stay with SweetFX I'm really enjoying it. Tips & ideas welcome!.

After restarting my computer chaseplane does not remember the keys I have set to certain presets. It always changes them (example: NUMPAD 0 to NUMPAD 7). I have to reset them every time. Another thing is that I would like to set my mouse wheel to zoom but chaseplane does not reqognize my mouse input in the control assignments. I might be missing some settings so please help and correct me if you can. Have a fun time developing and do not burn yourself, Mikael
