Good Afternoon I have LIRQ from sim market and P3D refuses to assign runways for landing and takeoff as the AFCAD (.bgl) dictates. I checked with ADE and the assignments are correct although P3D gets them backwards. P3D has the app/arr (23) coming down a hillside which is not correct and against the ILS. I've checked for other signs of LIRQ and disabled them. No help at all. Thanks Jon

Hi, Can anyone explain me if there is a way to insert a shortened runway distance on the FMC? I´m taking off from Paris, and want to take intersection T11 for 26R, takeoff distance from T11: 11860FT. That´s what I want to insert on the FMC, for accurrate Vspeeds. Thanks!

I've noticed this before subconsciously, but I never really looked into it. I'm running Prepar3D v4.1. When I go to an airport or select an airport from the scenario launch screen, it looks like Prepar3D is omitting the rest of list of starting locations with elipses (...). Is this on purpose? I tried with LAX. LAX has the following runways: 7L / 25R 7R / 25L 6R / 24L 6L / 24R As you can see below, my Prepar3D just lists the first number of the runway, then omits the rest with a ... for six out of the eight runways.

Hi everyone, I have been using P3D 4.1 for quite some time now, and I feel quite confident in terms of my flying ability etc... however there is one thing I'd like to know about regarding Active Runways. For example, Active Sky Next tells you in the "Conditions" tab for a specific airport what the "Runways in use" are there. Basically, does this refer to LANDINGS or TAKEOFFS? or possibly both? I've been under the assumption that it means both takeoff and landing. For example at EGKK (Gatwick), it says runways 26L and 26R are currently in use, so does this mean both can be used for either takeoff or landing depending on the wind? I hope I've made sense! --Yorkie

Eric Marciano informed us today that he has released his latest add-on for both FS9 and FSX, titled Runway Adviser. Eric tells us; "Extremely simple and very useful, this module simulates its real life counterpart by providing vocal alerts during taxi, when the aircraft approaches or enters a runway." Here is a video of it in action which you can also find on his site, and you can purchase it there as well:

Hello. I been using this software 4 not that long ago, Let me tell u is amazing. Just 1 issue though, after v01.662 we CAN'T move the rwy cam and if I recall correct we could move the camera side to side in versions bellow 662 with the mm button. My question is, is this an issue or it was on purpose? Let me know Have a great day

Hello, I made an airport by the AirportDesignEditor. I tried to implement the runway data into the database of the PMDG737. When I start at this airport and try to make a flightplan I get an error message when I put in the ICAO Airport code in the FMC. The message is: ''ERR: 18L RWY N/A''. And when I put it in I just see a white circle which symbolizes my airport on the navigation display and nothing when I didn't put it in. I just see then the blue circles of the other airports. How can I fix the problem??
