Hi there, since a few days, I have a strange problem with the NGX, which I never had before in any plane in FSX. After using the 737 for a couple of years without any problems, some days ago most of the buttons and swichtes in the VC stopped working. They are ignoring basically my mouse clicks. The coursor changes to the hand symbol, but nothing happens if I click or scroll with the mousewheel. To make it a bit more complicatet, thats the case with a lot of switches, but not with all. On the EFIS for instance, all pushbuttons like terrain, data or also the traffic and standard pressure knobs are working fine, but the scroll knobs can´t be used. On the MCP not a single switch or butten can be used. All capped swichtes on the overhead are unusable, but rotary switches like the autobrake are working completely fine. But it gets even more strange. And at this point, I have absolutely no idea how this could be possible. I have found one single repaint (wich is the Angle of Attack repaint for the 738WL) where everything and every switch is working normal. Only if I install this repaint and only if I choose this repaint in FSX, all switches and knobs in the VC are useable. If I load another repaint (even the standard PMDG repaint) or if I switch to another repaint after loading the NGX with the Angle of Attack repaint first, the same problem occurs again. This hole thing is the case with all models from 600 to 900, with the exception that the AOA Repaint only fixes the problem on the 800WL (They have also repaints for the 600 and 700, but if I use those, the switches still don´t work on these models.) If use the NGX at its lates version on WIN7 64 bit. Does anybody have an idea, what could be going on here? Thanks and best regards, Schmo

Hi all I hope you can help a complete newbie here. I am looking to build an overhead panel for the Aerosoft Airbus A318,A319,A320,A321. I have a lot of questions to ask you all. First off, for switches like ON OFF am I right in using SPST switches? E.g. landing gear Secondly, for switches such as, ON AUTO OFF. What switches do I use? Links? Does the full version of FSUIPC come with the mouse macro function? If so does it work with the Aerosoft Airbus? Also, does anyone have any links to a useful FSUIPC video using the mouse macro and the ON AUTO OFF switches? These are all the questions I can think of at the moment, although im sure there are many more to come Thanks a lot! I'd appreciate the help!

Hello! I just bought the 64bit version of the plane. But when I load it in to the sim all panels are black and I can't click on any button. The install and registration went all fine. can someone please help? Thanks, Max

I stumbled on a website that looks to be training software for real-world pilots. There is an app that explains every switch and panel interactively...if they had this for android I would not mind purchasing this even though I'm nowhere near for anything the like for a checkride ( I fly the 172 in real life) on the 737NG. Anywho...This is the link http://www.aerosim.com/products/checkride/b737 I was hoping to find a program that simulates the FMC to know how to use it properly away from the sim. I guess i have to keep searching.

I usually fly the default Cessna 172 but recently started flying the default Maul in Alaska scenery. In the Cessna, the switches on my GoFlight GF-TS will control the panel, nav, beacon, strobe and landing lights individually. However, in the Maul the lights all come on and go off with the landing light switch. The aircraft.cfg files appear to be similar regarding the light switches. Can anyone offer any suggestions for getting the switches to work the same on the Maul as they do on the Cessna.

In several aircraft (tested Baron and King Air, but I suspect others), some light switches don't respond to commands from the keyboard or yoke/throttle switches. They appear to respond to the "toggle" commands, but not the "on" and "off" commands. That makes them unusable with physical switches on a device that stay activated. The effect is that the affected lights can't be mapped on two-position switches on a device like the Bravo Throttle Quadrant. The "landing" light on and off commands work on both a keyboard and when programmed into a physical switch. Avionics on-off and pitot heat on-off also work, but not the beacon, strobe, nav, etc. There may be other less common switches that would also not work. I haven't tested every switch with corresponding on-off commands or every plane. You can't substitute mapping the "toggle" commands for the affected lights to a physical two-position switch due to the always-on nature of the switch. If you do, the on-screen switch just jitters. I have reported this as a bug to MS-Asobo. Does anyone know of a work-around until this is fixed? Please don't say, "Fly x-plane." :-) Please note: I didn't post in the hardware forum, because the issue is with programming in the sim, not with a specific piece of hardware. The commands don't work, no matter how they are activated. Thanks.

Guys I appear to be having issues with switch selection, whether i zoom in or not. It appears to be when using the mouse and the arrow selection. If I get the hands the left and right button works and the roller on tthe mouse works fine but arrow selection seems intermittent at best? Any advice appreciated.
