I'm getting some strange cockpit "shaking" when GSX is performing pushback. This camera shake was previously fixed by changing a line in cameras.cfg (MomentumEffect=No), but this fix no longer works and the camera shaking is back. ChasePlane v0.4.194 Beta Prepar3D 4.1 GSX (latest) PMDG 777 (latest)

Having had a gamepad with only vibration effects, I found that fsx doesnt allow you to set the force feedback levels. The driver that came along with the gamepad also didnt support any level setting. This was unplayable as it kept vibrating at max rate all the time. I have created a somconnect addon that creates the vibration effect based on the following : (developed for Airbus A321 , should also do well with Boeing's ) {Not sure fsx looks into these states for ff calculation } 1. Indicated airspeed 2. Engine rpm 3. Acceleration around 3 axes 4. GroundSpeed ( if on ground ) Other factors with vibration 1. Flaps increment decrement ( step wise ) 2. Spoiler toggle ( fully extended/fully retracted ) 3. Landing gear up/down 4. Stalling 5. Overspeed 6. Landing force Those who only have vibration effects in their gamepads, do try it out.. How to install ? 1. As usual with all addons, download the dll to a path and if on Vista or above and modify dll.xml at C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\ as follows: {For XP, this file is in a different folder, need to figure it out.} Add the following section towards the end of the dll.xml just before </SimBase.Document> <Launch.Addon> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>True</ManualLoad> <Name>ForceEffects.dll</Name> <Path>D:\Path\ForceEffects.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> 2. This will ask permission to load the dll when you start fsx. Click 'ok' or 'yes' wherever needed. 3. Also, remember to DISABLE forcefeedback from fsx settings and do not connect more than one ff enabled controllers while trying this out. Hey Guys,I did read a lot about the FSX Tweaks yet and with one of Bojotes Topics I realized that first the Hardware should be set up right before I go tweaking. By now I did both without any success. My Problem is the following:Whenever I fly a turn I have a strange Problem, it seems not to be the stuttering most peaople have. With unlimited frames I have the known hard Stuttering of the whole screen every 2 seconds. With limited frames to 30 (intern & extern) it is running fast with no stuttering or micro stuttering. But with kinda blurring vibrating ground. It looks like I have some frames next to each other and not in right overlay or like the GPU is rendering for 3D. Like when you shake a photo very fast from left to right. As it is still running very fast and flying straight is no problem and even turning around the plain in F11 is very fast I dont think it is any kind of hardware weakness/overstress.This is my Hardware, all new:I7 2600K @3,4 (4,4 is possible but I first want FSX running stable as recommended)ASUS P8P67 Deluxe B3, Intel P67HyperTh. is on2*4GB Kingston HyperX T1 DDR3-1600 CL9HD 6950 2GB Dirt EditionVGA Screen @ analog dual dvi to vga.60Hzfresh Win 7 - 64bit on 1st SSD SATA3FSX SP1 + Acceleration+REX, all on 2nd SSD SATA3All Drivers should be up to dateCatalyst Center installed (seems to always overwrite FSX!? Seen with AA setting)No ATI Tray ToolThis is what I tried:FlusiFix (Poolsize @ 0,4000,10.000.000, reducing dynamic object per cell)Framelimiter @30frames unlimited and limited in FSXBojotes FSX Profile + VSync is onlowest FSX setting @1024*768 on VGA1900*1080 @hdmi on TFTall setting in CCC on and off. (swichting over from nvidia I was not finding as many setting in the CCC as before:(DX9 & 10It all shows the same result. With unlimited frames strong stuttering, no blurring/vibrating. With limited frames very strong vibration/blurring of the textures, not only some objects, the complete ground but no stuttering at all. have to check for the clouds, I think they worked.I am not sure if that is an AMD Radeon issue because I have never seen this kind of rendering with my old nvidia gts 512MB.Any Idea is appriciated - I am not sure what to do next as bojote pointed out that all tweaking requires a stable and good running FSX as a basis - what confused me a little bit. And I dont want to set all possible setting to the very lowest as my PC should be able to make it at least in the same way my old one did it.I am trying for days now with no luck. Thanks for any Help or advise for what to search!
