Call me a troll all you want, I've been reading this forum for awhile. But I finally have something to contribute.I've just seen BOTH RETAIL VERSIONS of FSX in a Best Buy in NE Ohio. It wasn't just a "pre-order" box, it was the honest to goodness real thing. Unfortunately for me, I pre-ordered, so I'll have to wait a few days. Just wanted to get the word out.

I believe you. Someone else just posted on the Flightsim.com forum that they just picked it up at Best Buy too. Sounds like Best Buy has busted the release date. It may not be all of them, but definitely worth checking out if you have a Best Buy reasonably nearby. I will check mine ASAP and reprot back.

Both Futureshop (Canadian) and BestBuy (same company pretty much) have their release date set at October 5th LOL

Apparently Best Buy is selling it everywhere. I just picked up a copy in the Albany NY area. They had both the deluxe and regular version. No problem activating it online. Installed it on the same drive with FS9 and there doesn't seem to be any conflict. Fitz

No go unfortunately. Same for Circuit City, CompUSA, Target, and Walmart. I'll check Best Buy again tonight or tomorrow morning.

Not here in Grand Forks, ND....called them up and they don't have it.....it must be cause we're in the boonies LOL!

Thanks AJ, I too called Best Buy, Circuit City, and CompUSA, i was going to try Walmart next. By the way, one Best Buy told me October 17th, and the other two stores I called never heard of it and instead suggested FS2004, heh. No mention of it on any of those comanies websites either, I guess I'll be checking the BX (AAFES) next they have everything.Jeff

I called Best Buy and Walmart here in Boise with no luck.
