For those that have issues in validating your newly purchased PMDG 747-400x, e.g Unable to validate your information..... this might be cause by your firewall... message..
What I do is change my password in the ecommerce PMDG section (your account you use to purchase) and make a new password, with out any symbols in it (my previous password has symbols in it), save, and re-download your file (s)
other then that, make sure:
1. firewall/ antivirus is friendly/ off
2. just make sure you run as Administrator (which I'm sure you are) just to cover all the bases..
