Lost 777 file and can't download.. what to do?

Hi PDMG! I had the Boeing 777 for Fly! 2 and I had to erase my whole Hard Drive. I still have the confirmation email with the URL but I can't get the download again. How can I get it activated. The form on your website doesn't work and I would like to be able to download your wonderful 777. If you can provide me with an email to send the order info I'll greatly appreciate it.Thanks so much,TeoBTW I have the 757 and it's amazing, great work guys!
