Searching for Professional Designers

I am searching for professional aircraft designers and/or companies that may be interested in working under contract with a major organization to develop extremely detailed aircraft add-ons for commercial software such as MSFS, FLY II, or X-Plane. These add-ons would be for existing complex fixed and rotary wing aircraft. They are to be used as procedural cockpit and scenario trainers for professional pilots.
