PSS 747 & 777 download

Recommended Posts

Guest

Just upgraded to a new computer and need to download the 747 and 777 without having to purchase again. Have all the purchase info from previous download. How do I go about aquiring these aircraft and panels? Could not find direct e-mail assistance at the PSS site. Also tried to post this at the PSS forum with no luck from the PSS people. Any help is appreciated.

PSS Support is good about providing what you need. You will need to provide proof of purchase. I have always received a response from posting in their support forum - although they may be a bit overwhelmed after the recent patch release for the 747.

From the PSS forum. The 777 probably works the same way. - Trip--------------------------------------------------------"EXISTING 747-400 (download version) OWNERS PLEASE READ" LAST EDITED ON Jun-17-02 AT 07:38 PM (EDT) by Phoenix (moderator) IF you already have your files and your registration codes, Then you do not need to have the files added to the online account. Just install them and then the patch. But if you previously PURCHASED the original 747-400 download version panel, liveries, sound and have lost your files please contact Phoenix Support with the following information: FULL NAME: (USED at the time of Purchase)eMAIL: (the one used at the Phoenix Site today)DATE OF PURCHASE:original panel sound and liveries purchasedUpon verification of your PRIOR purchase of the panel, the NEW "747-2k2_Base_Setup" for FS2002 and liveries will be added to your "Members, My Files" section at the Phoenix site. This will allow you to do a "clean install" of the 747 into FS2002.The more information you provide the easier it will be to get your files posted. If you have copies of your original order confirmations please include them in the e-mailPSS SUPPORTsupport@phoenix-simulation.co.uk
