Fly!2 777: Cannot seem to get ILS to appear in Nav Disp

Featured Replies

I've been having trouble getting ILS guidance to appear on the Navigation Display, despite tuning the ILS tuner properly. I've read the manual, and I think I'm doing everything properly.I'm attempting a non-AP landing at KATL, ILS8R. I verified that this is an ILS runway by pulling up the Fly!2 runway directory. I also checked the frequency: 109.90.This screenshot illustrates the final approach just before touchdown. As you can see - no ILS Course Deviation Indicator comes up on the Nav Display -- only the runway Direct-To Station Steer Line.NOTE: I've tried this several times, both during an established flight plan and on a quick go-around. The screenshot below was taken on the go-around after landing on a previous try. In the original try (while on flight plan), I did have the words "LOC" and "G/S" displayed in the PFD indicating that the plane was recieving ILS signal. But in that case, and again in the shot below, no ILS guidance appeared on the PFD. Thanks for the help.-DKPS: What does "< QFE <-> QNH" mean on the Approach Ref page of the FMC. I couldn't find an explanation on page 11-38 of the manual where this page is highlighted. Does this have anything to do with my issue above?----David KohlFly!
