April 19, 200323 yr -Will we be able to track our flight on those monitors that are in the cabin? Where you also see time to destination, altitude, speed, temp etc. I know this is much for asking but it
April 19, 200323 yr That idea about Monitors in the cabin would be sweet!U could just sit back and let the plane fly its self and watch the progress on those little T.Vs, lol.Ryan
April 19, 200323 yr The resources required to do such a thing wouldnt yield results that would be worth it. You have to remember that the calculations and graphics all require extra work, not only buy the programmers and go. but also by the computer. I dont know about you but a virtual cabin takes up enough frames on its own, imagine what it would be like with this extra burden? Take a look at my specs, imagine how a standard or low end machine would be like?RegardsJohn Mc Avinuehttp://www.bavirtual.co.ukP 2.53 GHZ512 RAMWINXPGFORCE 4 128MB Ti4600http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg

April 20, 200323 yr Sean, My computer is new and high end. My post was mainly talking about people who are less fortunate than me to have a high end computer ;)RegardsJohn Mc Avinuehttp://www.bavirtual.co.ukP 2.53 GHZ512 RAMWINXPGFORCE 4 128MB Ti4600http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg
