I have emailed the PMDG support 3 hours ago. My problem is I purchased the airplane entered all the details, had the popup come up saying my puchase have been aproaved showing all my details. Pressed the link saying press to end purchase......this is the moment where Im supposed to recieve some kinda email comformation, maybe not key and link for last file, but at least some kinda confirmation?.....I recieved nada so far......I have no idea if I have actually been charged for my purchase, or if I am sitting here staring at my screen in vain. Like I said....I emailed PMDG right after cause it looked like some error to me.....it just went to a screen saying my shopping basket was empty and that was it for me??.....so

Join my club!! I purchased at 2:11AM and I still have nothing!!! Sent several emails and just posted a fresh email here. I know they are swamped but I have to tell you the ordering method is HORRIBLE and this "FEELS" like the Captain Sim situation all over unfortunately. I have purchased items from them for Fly! and I am sure they will work things out but right now I feel anxious and worried.
