I just talked to a friend who bought the plane too now 2min ago. He recieved the link for the last file and key right after purchase. I still havnt recieved nada after 4 hours of waiting. and noone from PMDG have answered either my email I wrote them 3 hours ago or given an answer to my other post in this forum. Tom,our dedicated support team is not yet available as they reside in the U.S. and it is still early morning there. They can access the e-commerce system and help you out with your problem.I am only the panel designer and can't access the sales server to let you know what is wrong.As soon as the support guys are available, you will receive your download link. I can understand your frustration but I promise you that you will get what you paid for. Just give us a little bit more time, I would really appreciate it.Sincerely,

Well, I HAVEN"T YET and I am getting ANNOYED now seeing as I was one of the 1st People to purchase this thing!!! For crying out loud, Jul 01, 02:11AM where most people are talking about flying around after just purchasing and I have NOTHING OVER 12 Hrs later!!Come on, I know you have a load but I WAS IN LINE AT THE FRONT so I am going to get upset!

I'm also waiting on an email to be sent. I hope it comes soon I have to go to work in a few hours and was hoping to fly a bit before this.I'm trying to be patient but I just spent $40.00 on something that I'm waiting on some email that I don't know if I'll ever get. Its really frustrating.You would think with technology today they could make this more automatic or at least anticipated the rush for this aircraft.Alright done ranting and raving will sit and wait and hope.Sean

I know that the guys at PMDG are very busy right now, but I agree with Carmine that we were "first in line" to pay, and therefore I expect at least an e-mail confirming my order.RegardsHenning
