I got the same thing until I disabled the suppression of browser pop-up windows that I usually have on in Mozilla and Zone Alarm. Once turned-off, I get a pop-up with billing details and the main browser window empties the cart. I haven't bought anything yet though, because of all the other ecommerce problems users have been reporting. I'll give it a while for things to cool down.
