July 1, 200322 yr I purchased the product a few hours ago, got the email with the link, but now it says the server is invalid. Is the server down? I've emailed support, but no response yet, and checked to see if the link is active, but no results...still invalid. I read the new post about the problems, but will this be up later so I can download the last file( the one you get with the email after purchase) I hope all gets resolved. It sure is frustrating waiting to see whats happening. Can anyone shed some light? By the way, I use DSL service, is this a problem when downloading?Matt
July 2, 200322 yr Matt,no, DSL is not problem. I'm using it myself right now.You should keep trying to access the download via the specified link in the e-mail until our server technical staff eliminates all problems related to this issue.I really appreciate your patience.
