Hello,To open the cargo door and the rear door press the key you have assigned for the 'normal' door, hold it down and press key number 2. This should open & close the cargo and service door.Hope this helpsRegardsKimberly

ahh! Thank you Kimberly! Depending on the aircraft model, I have used the #2,3 &4 keys, but never had to hold the 'E' key down.Regards,Chris
