I'm curious to know if the Falcon 50 can be configured to have ATC say Falcon instead of Dessault? I did a search on the forum here and couldn't find anything relating to this. I've tried changing the aircraft .cfg file by replacing the ui_manufacture setting from Dessault to Falcon but ATC still responds with Dessault.Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions.Thanks,Jim

this should be easy. Just open up the config file in the Falcon folder with notepad. Where is says Dessault change to Falcon.ui_manufacturer=Dassault Change this to Falconui_type=Falcon 100ui_variation=White with Red

No that's not it. The ui_ entries are used for the "select aircraft" menus in FS (ui = User Interface). You need to work on your atc_ entries in the aircraft.cfg (i'm sure you know what ATC stands for). In the General section of the aircraft.cfg, set atc_type to Dassault, and atc_model to FA50. This will result in ATC saying Dassault Falcon.
