This is the first time I post anything in a forum, but I felt that I had to. First of all, the 737 is quite a remarkable product, worth every cent spent on it. Ok, a few glitches, but who's perfect?!? But the real reason I post this message is the support PMDG offers. Or, better yet, SUPPORT! I had a few difficulties downloading and installing the 737, but these guys really supported me, quickly, and giving me answers and directions. I believe that this is what a site being paid for its products should offer to ALL customers. Congratulations again guys, and keep up the good work. (...Waiting, of course, for more liveries (Boeing house colors would be nice) and updates.):9

I agree 110% ! I know Robert and company are busting thier butts trying to get everyones' problems resolved as quickly as they can. I am amazed that there are really such few valid problems coming up. I've been hooked on FS for many years now and on many occasions when a new package hits the shelf, there are MAJOR problems for a long time. Shows that these guys have done there homework. WELL DONE!George

Have to agree. I was one of the lucky ones in that I was already flying another plane early in the morning. I took a break and wandered to some flightsim sites. Lo and behold I saw the freshly posted PMDG release of the 737. I had no problem whatsoever in the install except for a brief situation concerning an empty cart. I realized I was using Netscape 7.1 and apparently it was blocking something. So I switched to IE and everything was smooth sailing from there. When I first got in the plane my response was: WOW! Beautiful graphics. Very nice interiors and exteriors. Very impressed. And on top of that it was very framerate friendly. Kudos to the programmers because there must be a lot of very efficient coding here.It handles very nicely. Note, that if you bought and used the Dreamfleet 737 you will have no problems in starting up this bird from a cold and dark. So I already had a leg up in that respect.Besides some of the patching which will take place and including the use in the FMC of SIDS and STARS (i.e., like all FMCs out there - PSS Airbus and Dash 8, Dreamfleet 737, PIC A320, etc., when you program in an origin and destination airport with the SIDS and STARS it should autofill those as well as any other waypoints and pseudo waypoints, i.e., I don't like hand entering each waypoint now with the current FMC), I am VERY pleased with this plane. Can't wait as well for the next releases and the use of the many repaints. If some of you out there have been talking about a refund you will be greatly mistaken and deprived from flying one beautiful bird.Congratulations PMDG.Leonard

Greetings! After my strong criticism of the unnecessarily bothersome protection/registration method (a criticism I firmly adhere to!), I'd like to also emphasize the other side of the issue, namely that I am very happy with the NG737 as such. I mainly simfly old propliners and multi-engine military prop stuff, and I feel that the PMDG 737 is supplying some modern day counterweight to these nostalgic aircraft from the long gone days of my misspent youth. For as far as I can judge, this 737 is exactly what I need in order to hone my "glass cockpit" skills, and to satisfy my preference for lots and lots of buttons and switches that really work!In short; good stuff!Jaap Verduijn.
