July 2, 200322 yr Hey! Has anyone experienced this problem?I bought a copy of the 737-700 package. It gave me a confirmation saying the order went thru. I never got an email with the instructions to download the software.I mailed PDMG and haven't gotten an answer yet.Please let me know the best way to contact them.Thanks so much,Teo
July 2, 200322 yr Teo,the correct e-mail address is [email protected], but e-mail is not currently being answered because the support team works from the U.S. and it is still early morning there. As soon as they are up, they will help you.How long ago did you make your purchase? The confirmation e-mail can sometimes can a little longer.
July 3, 200322 yr Hi!I purchased it last night and so far it's been 24 hours since I purchased it and I haven't been able to download the last file to install the software. I haven't received the key either nor any information on how to download the last file.Please let me know what to do since I don't know if my credit card was charged or not. I didn't get a receipt nor anything on my email.Please help since I've always been a fan of your Fly! and Fly! II products but these issues are starting to give me a loss of confidence in your products. Come on, show us what PDMG really is! I still have faith in this product, even though I've read really bad comments. There is no perfect software, specially during the first release. But I am looking forward to the patches that will make this product a one of a kind. Keep your chin up and try to deliver the best product you can. I know a lot of people are dissapointed, but show them what PDMG aircraft quality really is, I know they will accept it and enjoy it in the end.Hope all is well and hope to get that email on my mailbox soon. :-) Teo [email protected]@computersg.com
