To everyone, like myself, who is having problems with purchasing the 737NG, please post here.PMDG Team: Here is my problem:1. I have tried to purchase the 737 several times yet each time I click the "Submit Transaction" button I get a message in red saying "the transaction has been declined".2. I have no pop-up blockers, firewalls, anti-virus software or others running in the background.3. I have taken the steps you outline on your purchasing page and enabled cookies.4. I have tried this on two seperate computers using two seperate lines.I'm still waiting from a personal response from Rob (I know you must be tired!), yet I decided to post here so that other members could help out not just me but other people.Please PMDG, can you offer any advice or help sort out the problem, (I'm sure you understand it's terribly frustrating for people who cannot buy the 737 let alone fly it)?Thank You,Eoin [email protected] Maximus

Eoin,okay - let's try to work this out.Does this decline message come after you enter all your information (address, credit card, etc) and hit the submit button?

Yes, After I hit the Submit Button I get the same transaction form with the transaction declined sentence up the top in red. It has the number (2) beside it.Thanks,Eoin.

Okay, this might be caused by something being wrong with the information you entered. Can you verify that everything is correct, including the credit card number, expiration date, and the address you specified which often needs to be in accordance with the credit card billing address.

Marc,I checked over everything, and re-wrote my address as it is on one of my statements (there was a few letters missing last time). This time I got a sentence "(98) This transaction could not be accepted". Please help this is very frustrating.Thank you for your great support so far,Eoin.

Eoin,the thing is that I'm not sure what the different error codes mean, so all I could tell you before was to check the information you entered.I understand your frustration, but could you please e-mail [email protected] and let them know. They also know what the different codes mean and can tell you what is wrong.Thanks!

@MaximusI had exactly the same problem that u described.I phoned my bank to check my credit card and this is what I learned:I have a Visa Card and my Card Number is close to another cards number that was abused recently.
