piracy protection vs. customer frustration

Dear Team,There are lots of complains out in the community about the download mechanism and the registration process afterwards ! Let me share my personal opinion ...Yes - i did also pay yesterday and i still have no software after more than 24 hours and to be very honest - i'm disappointed !I fully understand and agree that you want to protect your work. That is the main reason for having nodelocked licenses. Not necessarily very convenient but understandable and secure (we do succesfully protect our software in our company the same way). Why do you control the download of the main install file ? In comparision to the registration mechanism it provides ony a little bit security but generates a lot of frustration with us users and additional work for you guys too. I could imagine a combination of the Phoenix LiveInstaller and an additional key as appropriate way to prevent piracy.Well, that's just my two cents. Hope to be able to fly the bird very soon. I'm still convinced that you guys did an excellent job !Regards, Jens
