Hang on to your hat Mike; in about an hour (hopefully), we are going to make another announcement about the library that we are sure upload authors and the download users will appreciate no end! :)

In the time it took me to write this, the file has been placed in database and made available. The upload system is also VERY ADMIN FRIENDLY, and we don't have all the laborious tasks to do to get files into the database now. Your file is now avaiable!
