July 11, 200322 yr Hi Guys,Just thought I would start an "appreciation" thread for what I can see has already been a labour of love for you. I, like many I'm sure, have been very impressed with the handling and general look and feel of your 737NG. The paint work and exterior model are SUPERB, the panel is well on its way to becoming one of (if not) the best ever designed. With your continued and so far tireless efforts, I have no doubt that this aircraft will be the benchamrk for FS2004, just like PIC767 was for FS2000. Dont worry about the bugs..sure there are a few, but we know you are working very hard on them. I dont know any software that comes out totally bug free....its just not possible with the nature of computers. $40 of my money has been well spent as far as I am concerned....just compare this aircraft to ANY of the default (and many of the payware addons) and you can see the effort that is being put into it. Its so much more than just $40 per copy to the guys at PMDG...more developers should take note of how customer service should operate as demonstrated here in this forum.Anyway....keep up the good work guys....we all appreciate it as it makes our dreams of being civil pilots all the more real. Thanks,Glenn Harrall
July 11, 200322 yr Thank you again. Your hard work is always appreciated :)EDIT = Forgot my name again, lol... Zach Palmese.
July 11, 200322 yr Yup, I can only agree. But for me it's the flight model and the Autopilot that make the 737 NG so enjoyable. The plane/Autopilot interaction (e.g. the intercepts, the fast Autothrottle, etc.) is not too far away from commercial sim standard and with designing own AP routines PMDG was obviously free to really design a flight model. Many other Addons have to adjust the flight model to deal with the poor MS AP routines and in the end both don't feel right. Just my interpretation though.I have given up looking into -700 performance tables and compared them with PMDG 737. Not necessary :).After the little hickups are sorted out, this is no doubt an FS milestone.Mike
