a simulation as complex as FS2002, when I was an Air Traffic Controller Instructor, Keesler AFB, MS, RAPCON and Tower, 1988 - 1992, in the year of our Lord.We spent MILLIONS, MILLIONS in search of uber simulations for training. Tower and RADAR. What we had for a tower simulation, was nothing compared to 15 minutes in the pattern at Meigs, with 90% ATC. Work the pattern for 10, then land, go to the ramp, go to eye candy view, and watch and listen. {edit:} Take what those who have no real life experience with a grain of salt. In my opinion, as an Air Traffic Controller, and a Pilot, I challenge anyone else with similar credentials to contradict me when I say the "real as it gets" logo is deserved with MS's "adaptation" of, "Real Life, Aviation". ESPECIALLY at the $70.00 price point. Nope...ain't gonna happen.I tell you, as someone who knows what he is talking about, and I mean this with the utmost respect...FS2002 is mega way cool.Life is good, is it not?Cheers,bt
