Hi, I have just one question, before I'll think of buying the 737 which looks very interesting to me, is it possible to undock the FMC to run it on a seperate monitor? And how does the airplane fly, whats the overall impression?thanks in advance.

Hi,It is possible to undock the FMC. There is another thread about the fact the in a saved situation it won't stay there, but to be honest for the FMC I think that's not too big an issue, because it loads up remarkable fast (a lot faster than the DF737 for instance, even though it seems to be more complete) and you can then move it again to the second monitor. The overall impression is that apart from a number of issues that are being worked on, the aircraft is very smooth and convincing, if only your computer can handle it! That's one of the things that has convinced me that if PMDG are serious about dealing with the current issues and continue development in some parts that are not present (TCAS is one of those things that won't be released until the 800/900 model, I understand) this will be a serious "threat" to PIC767.However, that's just my personal view.Leo Bakker

HII totally agree with Leo, I have bought most aircraft as they have become available. I am difficult to please but have to say that this 737 is the best so far.You will not be dissapointed and thats before the patch due in a few days. All the bestBob
