So now i reinstall fs2002 then install PMDG, it gives me invalid product key then when you start you dont see any gaguges.WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO, i cant waite 10 days i would like to check this add-on so bad.
July 20, 200322 yr Hi there,I don't work with PMDG, but just want to help out.1. Please sign your post with your real name (at least first name) if you want PMDG to respond. It is a requirement of this forum.2. Don't worry. PMDG will help you rectify this problem. You are not the first to make this mistake. In addition to posting here, you may also want to send an email about it to [email protected]. I know they are very busy with the patch right now, and it is also the weekend, so give them a couple of days to get back to you.3. As for the problem, it IS possible to reinstall FS2002 and still use the product, but only if you do a simple reinstall, leaving the internal directory folders in place. However, if you deleted the FS2002 directory folders, that means you also deleted the PMDG regestration data. Unfortunately, this WILL require you to request new installation/registration codes from PMDG. Hang in there, they will get back to you. IN the meantime, why not read the manual and study this forum. THere is a LOT of good info here that may help you avoid making mistakes like this in the future.Best of luck,Andrew
