I reformatted XP, as well, I changed the graphics card memory aperture to 64mb, from 256mb. The NG runs great now, 20 fps solid outside and in, at ORD with high detail and some AA to boot! If anyone still has problems, setting your aperture size lower in your BIOS may help.

What computer spec do you got ?

I was getting about 10-13 fps in the cockpit and stuttery, and about 7 at the most outside.
