Howto enter a fix in FMC

When planning a flight from LSZH to LIMC I want immediately after leaving runway 28 to add a.o. a fix at N47.27.88 E008.27.30 before heading to ISEC RIPUS.How do I add this fix, in what format?I succeeded in entering 4708E following page 79 from the manual.But entering this way my fix is placed at N47.00 that means to much south.Is there a way to enter this fix more accurate?Hans van den Dungen
