I think you'll find similar ligh usage by many of the major commercial airliners. I'll do my best to explain for each phase of flight:AT GATE-DAY:-Position lights (red/green wingtip)AT GATE-NIGHT:-Position lights (red/green wingtip)-Logo lightPRIOR TO PUSHBACK/ENGINE START-DAY/NIGHT:-Position lights-Anti Collision lights (red flashing beacon)-Logo Light (night only)TAXI TO ACTIVE-DAY/NIGHT:-Position Lights-Taxi LightsCLEARED FOR TAKEOFF-DAY/NIGHT:-Blaze 'em all!-Position Lights-Taxi Light-Landing Lights-Wingtip Strobes-Wing LightClIMBING THRU 10,000'-DAY/NIGHT:-Turn off Landing Lights-Turn off Wing Light (some airlines wait until passing FL180)DESCENDING THRU 10,000;-DAY/NIGHT:-Turn On Wing Light (some airlines turn on passing FL180)-Turn on Landing Lights (generally when within 50 miles of airport)-Turn on Taxi light (if turned off earlier)EXITING RUNWAY:-Turn off Landing Light-Turn off Strobe Light-Turn off Wing Light-Check Taxi light is onAPPROACHING GATE:-Turn off taxi light (Don't want to blind the ramp guys!)AT GATE, ENGINES OFF:-Turn off Anti-Collision LightHope this is what you were looking for!
