I'm about to replace my video card. It's not listed as one of the things that affects the machine code in the FAQ, but I figured I'd ask the group here if I should transfer my license first.-Tim Metzinger

Nope...that piece of hardware does not require you to transfer your license. Enjoy your new video card!
