I am having some issues clearing problem messages that are showing in the FMC. Messages such as Decent PTH Unacheivable or Reset MCP Altitude are very difficult to clear. What is the proper way to clear error messages in the FMC?IIRC the CLR and Delete button both do nothing. I may be wrong here but Ill test out later tonight when I get home. Thanks for the help.Tim

Tim,Press the CLR button. Sometimes pressing the button appears to do nothing, but really is happening is that you are clearing 1 in a cue of more than one message. Yes, you can have multiple messages of the same type, so pressing the CLR button more than once(keep pressing until no messages show) will help you :)
