September 8, 200322 yr Hello, there is something strange with my 2-d overhead panel. The only one switch I can click on is the "Panel Bright" one in the center of the panel. If I roll over all the other knobs and switches, the mouse pointer does not change to the hand symbol. Is there someone who can help me out please. I really can't fly this beautiful plane in this condition. :-(Thank you very much in advance.Best regards
September 8, 200322 yr Another one of the non-US FS issues sounds like. Please post some more details as to what your configuration is. Tough to help without knowing the basics...Ray

September 8, 200322 yr Hi, Had the same thing happening except that it was the radio stack that I couldn't click on (lest the ADF). I do not have a non-US version of FS9. All of a sudden the problem solved itself....With thanks in advanceBoaz
September 8, 200322 yr Are you getting to the overhead panel by use of the button on the panels or using <#> to bring it up?Is it only this particular panel that has the problem? (ie: Radio Panel works fine?)Ray
September 8, 200322 yr First I've tried to use the letter bar to go through the panels, after I wasn't able to click something, I used <#>, but it still didn't work. The aircraft I tried mainly is 736 2d cockpit only, but I've tried all available aircraft already.Short list of not working buttons:Main Panel:- DU switches above PFD- right ADF/VOR switch of RMIApproach Panel:- DU switchesLanding Panel seems to be okayFMC seems to be okay tooThrottle Console:- it's nothing clickable here- if I move the flight stick throttle control nothing moves on the throttle consoleRadio Stack:- it's nothing clickable hereHmm, I really don't know whats going on here, since all my other stuff works just well and I didn't change anything with my system.I will try to sing her a song, maybe this will help ;-)
September 9, 200322 yr Hi Boaz, thanks for your answer. My problem is still there. How long did it take that the problem solved itself? To sing was not a good idea, my neighbors get mad at me :-outtaHappy flying (would be a good thing)
September 9, 200322 yr Hi Gerhard, I wish I could tell you. All of a sudden the problem was gone... I was trying to recreate the scenario but then FS9 crashed and out of stupidity I didn't send a report to Microsoft. So, while singing may be out of the question, maybe thinking pleasant thoughts at the radio stack will help? :D With kind regards :-waveBoaz
