Small question about views

Hello all, I have a small question about external views...I realize that you can move around with the hat switch on the joystick or using ctrl+enter n such...My question is can you change the position of the view, Like zooming in on just the nose. When I look in the view opitions theres a point there...I was just wondering if you can change that point. Sorry if I'm a little hard to understand, cant sem to figure out how to word the question.Thanks,MarkAthlon XP 1500+512 PC2100 DDRGeForce 2 MX400
