737NG Load Manager questions...

Featured Replies

Hello all,I tried to figure out how the Load Manager works. Now I know, it is supposed to set the load of the aircraft, but how and when does it set it?I usually use saved flights, thus flying from airport to airport. Now if I adjust the load with the Load Manager prior to loading a saved flight, does the simulation take the new values into account? I ask cause I think it doesn't. I just tried different load settings and the FMC always tells me the same value. Only if I change the single load value via FS9 menu (station 1) the FMC recognizes this.Does the Load Manager only works if I use it prior to creating a new flight? If so, is there a way (formula) that can use to set up the load in the FS9 fuel-weight menu (there's only 1 station) according to the values (ZFW) in the Load Manager? Also the FS' weight setting... orginally it was set to 22000, is this the default value and shouldn't be changed (meaning the Load Manager will take care of proper values no matter what's set in FS)?thanks for any help :)Dirk
