Here's another problem.1.With the ground power available the flaps need about 5min to extend to 25deg!!!!, then they get stuck.No more up or down.2.Same with the APU running!3.The alternate extension doesn't work at all.The manual states that the alternate extension switch has to beheld in the down positionuntil the flaps are at the desired setting.Not possible here.
